PURE200 is an innovative, salon friendly fume filtration system that has been designed specifically to remove and safely capture a range of harmful and toxic fumes and dust found in the salon environment.
The compact design of PURE200 fume filtration system allows it to fit easily into any salon, without the costly need to replace existing nail stations or furniture. It has been designed to be easy to install and to fit in with your current salon design.
PURE200 fume filtration units are steel-constructed and they use a recirculatory system, i.e. filtered air is exhausted back into the workplace. PURE200 comprise of particulate filter with pad filter, granulated carbon gas filter, radial blower IP54 synchronous brushless motor, 50mm stay put extraction arm, table bracket, installation flex-illuminated on/off switch, filter blocked indicator and it is available in black or white.

Avoiding Hazards Using Fume Filtration Systems
Long term exposure to the acrylics, in particular Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) used to create nail extensions, can cause damage to the respiratory system and the liver. Dust created by filing and shaping nails can contain an array of different bacteria, including benzoyl peroxide, silica and methecrylate polymers. Quick-dry nail sprays nail varnishes and removers can all contain toxic fumes.

PURE200 Fume Filtration Units Filtration
PURE200 fume filtration units achieve a high level of extraction and capture by using 2 levels of filtration:
- A Particulate Filter - Fine dust is trapped in the particulate filter.
- A Carbon Filter - Vapours are captured in the activated carbon filter. To achieve good adsorption, solvent vapours need to be in contact with the carbon inside the unit for 0.1 to 0.2 seconds.
Most desk top fans will be less than 0.1 seconds. PURE200 has a dwell time of over 0.25 seconds. This dwell time is achieved by having approximately 100 times more activated carbon than fan systems, giving Pure Beauty a very long filter life.
Through the process of filtration, adsorption and dilution, operator exposure to potentially hazardous substances is vastly reduced.
According to COSHH regulations filters should be replaced approximately every 9 months.
