High Volume Fume Filtration Arm Extraction Units
Entry level arm extraction systems, capture, contain and filter for a cleaner, healthier working environment within electronic design, rework, design and technology areas.
Designed for use primarily during hand soldering to contain and filter the fumes which are generated.
Applications include the filtration of fume, vapour and particles emanating from:
monomers, adhesives, hazardous conformal coatings, resins, sealants, solders, light grinding particles and dusts, organic solvents etc.
These portable, plug and play systems can be positioned under a bench with a simple installation kit to connect to the most suitable extraction attachments to enable operators to set up quickly and easily. No major installation costs required making them easy to move with the workbench if factory layouts change.
Low noise level and fully integrated filtration with long life filters are ideal for changing production demands.

Description
Steel construction fan/filter unit finished in black – Floor mounted fan/filter unit – radial blower fan motor – variable speed control available - Filter Blocked indicator. 2x3mtrs 75mm flexiduct.
Operation
All WS filtration and extraction systems carry a lifetime warranty, are quiet in operation and can be assembled in seconds. Place onto a desk, bench or trolley and then simply plug in and switch on.
Quiet in operation and assembled in seconds. Floor standing fan/filter box is fitted to desk/bench by way of flexible installation pipe and table bracket. The TF-V300E can accommodate up to 2 Stay put arms, cowls or downdraught trays fitted on top of desk/bench and manoeuvred into required extraction position. The TFV- 350E can generate even higher airflow rates to accommodate up to 7 x32mm stay put arms or 5 x 50mm arms, cowls or down draught trays or 4 x 75mm arms, cowls or down draught trays.
12 month return to base warranty.
Ideal for high volume, at source, soldering applications where tip extension is not required

Filtration
The particulate (intake) filter is a 95% HEPA filter to 0.3 micron (99.9997% filters are available). Through the process of filtration, adsorption and dilution, operator exposure to potentially hazardous substances is vastly reduced or eliminated.

These units are designed for immediate operator protection from concentrations of airborne contaminants whereby all gases, fumes, vapours and particulates on top of the unit are drawn into the intake filter. Cleaned air is exhausted to the base of the bench. Higher grade filters are available on request.
