Arm Extraction Filtration System
This compact, low noise, portable unit is suitable for use with a single operator. It is a high volume system which is designed to extract the generated fume via a supplied extraction arm and capture it in the comprehensive filter system, subsequently returning the associated clean air back into the workplace.
The unit incorporates filter condition indication.
Please note that the media in the gas filter fitted in these units is capable of adsorbing a wide range of organic compounds. However, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure it is suitable for the particular application it is being used on.

Description
Light weight unit weighing only 7kgs. It comprises filter condition light, low noise level - below 53dBA. Air exhaust at base of unit has integral silencer. Standard filter set of pre filter and granulated carbon gas filter – 50mm diameter inlet – Thermal trip – Filter change light.
Operation
All WS filtration and extraction systems carry a lifetime warranty, are quiet in operation and can be assembled in seconds. Place onto a desk, bench or trolley and then simply plug in and switch on.
The T380A-C carries a 12 months return to base warranty, is quiet in operation and can be assembled in
minutes. Space saving , free standing system can be sited at the side of or under a table and can easily be
attached to a desk or table. Once power is connected the unit is simply switched on via the illuminated
rocker switch. Once the machine is switched off there will be a delay of 20 seconds before the actual motor
stops. This is to allow the filtration of any residual odour that may be given off after the process has been
finished.

Filtration
These units are designed for operator protection whereby gases, fumes, vapours and particulate contaminants are filtered. Cleaned air is exhausted at the bottom of the cabinet.
The T1284-FP is fitted with a fine dust particle filter and high volume carbon filer to capture vapour and gases
Through the process of filtration, adsorption and dilution, operator exposure to potentially hazardous substances is vastly reduced or eliminated.

These units are designed for immediate operator protection from concentrations of airborne contaminants whereby all gases, fumes, vapours and particulates on top of the unit are drawn into the intake filter. Cleaned air is exhausted to the base of the bench. Higher grade filters are available on request.
